1. Business: 

1.1. 'flowersbydeb' is the trading name of the business created by Deborah Murphy 

1.2. The primary business activities of 'flowersbydeb' are the making and selling of bespoke floral tributes - in the form of fresh or realistic artificial funeral tributes and grave flower arrangements.  The secondary business activities are selling memorial ornaments and also making and selling other floral items such as wreaths, planters, hatbox & envelope arrangements and vase / hand tie arrangements.

1.3. 'Marcus Memorials' is the trading name of the business created by Marcus Gilbert.

1.4.Whilst 'flowersbydeb' & 'Marcus Memorials' enjoy a business relationship - the two companies are completely separate entities and therefore bear no liability in relation to the other company's trading activities [i.e. Marcus Memorials is not liable for any faults in work provided by flowersbydeb (should there be any) - in this instance, flowersbydeb would be happy to help to resolve matters]

2. Artificial Flowers

2.1. 'flowersbydeb' will endeavour to use high quality artificial flowers and foliage with the aim to produce realistic looking floral arrangements.

2.2. 'flowersbydeb' make bespoke arrangements and so items are subject to availability and therefore additional items (for example 4 matching grave pots) may not be available - flowersbydeb will contact you and discuss options and alternatives should this be the case.

2.3. 'flowersbydeb' use high quality sundries and again - should any problems arise - flowersbydeb will be happy to discuss matters.

2.4. All items available for sale are items hand made by 'Deb' of flowersbydeb - unless otherwise stated 

2.5. Items for pre-order (in particular - fresh funeral flowers could be pictures for illustrative purposes only - but again this would be clearly marked in the listings

2.6. 'flowersbydeb' can not and should not be held responsible for injury or damage arising from mis-use of their items.

2.7. 'flowersbydeb' will endeavour to treat the artificial flowers with a protectant to help the flowers & foliage retain their colour for longer - however, the buyer must accept that due to the external nature of the use of grave flowers, fading is inevitable and will occur.

3. Fresh Flowers & Foliage 

3.1. Where fresh flower and foliage materials are used - 'flowersbydeb' will endeavour to obtain flowers & foliage as close as possible to match the customer brief/requirements and if there are any material differences - flowersbydeb will discuss these with the customer before completing the order.

3.2. Some flowers and foliage can be harmful to people and/or pets - if you would like information regarding which ones are potentially harmful - please contact flowersbydeb and discuss before going ahead with an order.

4. Funeral Flowers 

4.1. A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking to secure funeral flowers with the balance being due 7 days before the funeral.  If additional time is required please discuss this with flowersbydeb.

4.2. Funeral flowers can be delivered direct to the funeral director - please specify the name of the funeral director, full address and the name of your loved one.

5. Prices

5.1. Prices include VAT and are subject to fluctuation, dependant upon flowers and foliage availability at the time of ordering. Any material differences in pricing will be discussed in full before the order is completed.

6. Data Security

6.1. 'flowersbydeb' is a GDPR data compliant business and will never give your personal information such as name & address to any 3rd party.

6.2. 'Marcus Memorials' is also a GDPR data compliant business and will not pass any personal information in relation to their customers to flowersbydeb as they are separate entities.  Orders placed via Marcus Memorials will be delivered to Marcus Memorials who will then arrange collection/delivery as appropriate.

7. Delivery 

7.1. local delivery is available - local to L21

7.2. items can be posted and this is usually via Royal Mail Tracked service or Parcelforce express

8. Cancellation
